These Terms of Service define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between BGMZip (the "Company") and users regarding the use of sound effect services provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" refers to all services provided by BGMZip, including sound preview, download, and editing features.

"User" refers to any individual who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.

"Content" refers to sound files, editing features, and related materials available within the Service.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
These Terms become effective when the user begins using the Service.
The Company may modify these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws, and any changes will be announced in advance through the Service.
Article 4 (Provision of Service)
The Company provides the following services:
- Sound effect preview service
- Sound effect download service
- Sound editing features
- Other related services provided by the Company
Notice:
The Service is provided continuously; however, it may be temporarily interrupted due to system maintenance, server issues, or other unavoidable reasons.
Article 5 (Service Restrictions)
The Company may restrict or suspend the Service in the following cases:
- System maintenance, updates, or technical issues
- Actions that significantly disrupt the operation of the Service
- Other situations where normal service operation is deemed difficult by the Company
Article 6 (User Obligations)
All content provided within the Service is owned by the Company (BGMZip).
Users must not engage in the following:
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service
- Using the Service through abnormal or unauthorized methods
- Violating applicable laws and regulations
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company shall not be liable for failure to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
The Company is also not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's own fault.
Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and common practices.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the Company is located.
